Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please take note of the following policies:

1. Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the original groom price is required upon booking. The remainder of the payment must be made prior to picking up your dog through etransfer, paypal, or cash (NO DEBIT/CREDIT).

2. Cancellation: Cancellations can only be accepted if made more than two days (48 hours) prior to the start of your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded unless cancellation is made more than two days (48 hours) prior to the start of the appointment time.

3. Late Pick-Up: As a sole groomer, I kindly request your cooperation regarding pick-up times. Please understand that I am not a doggie daycare facility and am unable to keep dogs for extended periods. A late fee will be applied to your account at the rate of $1 per minute, with a 15 minute grace period.

4. Nail and Brushing Appointment: If you are more than 5 minutes late for a scheduled nail appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. The deposit will not be refunded.

5. Other Appointments: If you are more than 15 minutes late for any other scheduled appointment (e.g., full grooms or doggie detailing), the appointment will be automatically cancelled. The deposit will not be refunded.

6. All matted dogs coming in for a full grooming will be shaved to remove the mats. We will not provide extensive dematting for dog's coming in for a haircut.

7. Additional fees: If your dog has behavioural issues (biting, difficulty during grooming), is excessively dirty, has extensive matting, or has had prolonged period of time between grooms, they may be subject to added fees due to the required time, expertise, and products to complete your dog's groom.

8. Photography and Social Media: By singing, you grant permission for WolfPack Doggie Services to use photographs of your pet for promotional purposes.

9. Vehicle Transportation: In the case of an emergency, your pet may be transported in the groomer's vehicle. By signing, you give consent for transportation as needed.
